1. Overview

FamOrbit ("the App", "the Service") is developed and operated by GBNS Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We believe family life should remain private and secure. FamOrbit is built on an ad-free, family-first foundation. This Privacy Policy explains how your household information is collected, protected, and used across our mobile applications and web services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide a reliable, collaborative family organizer:

• Account & Profile Data: Parent/caregiver email addresses, family member first names/display nicknames, avatar selections, and parent PIN hashes used for parental authorization.

• Household Coordination Content: Shared calendar events, kid chore charts, star token balances, weekly meal schedules, and grocery list items input by your household.

• Encrypted Family Vault Documents: Health, pediatric immunization dates, insurance policy numbers, emergency medical contacts, and attached document images you voluntarily store in your Family Vault.

• Safe Zone Check-In Data (Non-Continuous): Check-in timestamps and user-initiated location tags for named safe zones (e.g., Home, School, Practice). FamOrbit does not sell, broadcast, or run 24/7 background location surveillance.

• Technical & Diagnostic Information: Anonymous crash reports, device OS versions, and network sync diagnostics strictly used to resolve software bugs and maintain server uptime.

3. Absolute Ban on Third-Party Advertising & Data Brokers

• 100% Ad-Free: FamOrbit contains zero third-party banner ads, pop-ups, video ads, affiliate marketing links, or programmatic ad SDKs.

• No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your household's names, schedules, documents, medical details, or routine data to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Family-First Safety)

• FamOrbit is designed for whole-family coordination under direct parental supervision.

• Child profiles are created, configured, and managed exclusively by the parent or household administrator.

• We do not require children to provide personal email addresses or phone numbers. Child activity within the app (such as checking off a chore or redeeming star tokens) is visible solely to members of that specific household workspace.

• Parents can modify or permanently delete child profiles at any time through the Family Settings menu.

5. Data Isolation & Security Architecture

• Household Partitioning: Each family workspace operates in an isolated, authenticated database boundary. Content entered by your family is strictly accessible only to authenticated members invited to your household.

• Encryption: Data in transit is protected using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. Sensitive Family Vault records are encrypted to safeguard pediatric health and insurance details.

6. Subscriptions & Payment Processing

• In-App Purchases (Android & iOS): All mobile subscriptions, trials, and renewals are processed directly by the native app store platform (Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase).

• Web Transactions: Web-based subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.

• GBNS Enterprises LLC never receives, handles, or stores your raw credit card numbers or banking credentials.

7. Account Ownership & Data Deletion Rights

You maintain complete ownership of your family’s data:

• In-App Data Management: You can edit, archive, or delete individual events, grocery items, chore charts, and vault documents at any time.

• Account & Household Deletion: You may permanently erase your account, all family member profiles, and all associated household records instantly through Settings > Family Settings > Delete Household, or by submitting a written request to our support email. All data is purged permanently from active production databases upon confirmation.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make material updates to this policy, we will notify you through an in-app alert or via your registered parent email address prior to the change taking effect.
